New Mini Samples

I finally made DIVA and was able to go to my 5th Upline, Jan Wakeland, for DIVA Day.  You have to qualify each month in order to go, usually it's on a day I have to work or my sales didn't make it, but this time it all worked out.  We made some beautiful samples for the new Summer Mini starting May 1st.

Doesn't this get you in the mood for warm summer days??  This set is called "Sweet Scoops" and I love this new DSP.

Next...  We did this beautiful card with a new Decor Stencil, "Mostly Vintage".  I hadn't tried to many of the stencils before, but I absolutely love this card.  It was so easy and turned out so elegant.  We even used the new Gold Glow Smooch Spritz on it.  You have to see it in real life to get the full effect.  I will be buying more stencils very soon.

This card I did at my Direct Upline meeting Wednesday night, we used the new Elements of Style stamp set.  We stamped the image with black stazon and then used the aqua painter to color in the details.

The new Summer Mini's are in the mail, I got mine yesterday.  If you would like to have a workshop or need a new mini, just give me a call.  Keep checking back for more samples.

Stampin' Up! Color Renovation!!

Stampin' Up! is renovating their color families, and here they are!  Brights, Neutrals, Regals and Subtles Collection, aren't they great??  Yes, there are fewer colors than before, but Stampin' Up! is also going to be offering 5 new in-colors every year.  The new in-colors will be available for two years, which means next year we will have 10 in-colors.  I think the new color collections are more modern and eye pleasing, don't you?

Also, with these new colors Stampin' Up! will be offering special color packages, new markers, chalks, crayons and so much more.  And this is a great time to join the Stampin' Up! family.

With the new colors comes change and a fond farewell to many of our old colors!  If your favorite color is retiring, you may want to stock up on them now.  Stampin' Up! will keep these colors available until June, but once they're gone that's it.  So stock up now.
