Birthday Card for a friend that will be 100!!!

What do you get someone who has lived 100 years?  I have not a clue... but I did make her a card.

 Ms Ruth's family and her church are throwing her a 100th Birthday Party on Sunday.  This women is simply amazing, funny and doesn't look a day over 60.
